Ivo has lived in South Africa since 1998. Thanks to his wine glass import business, he has got to know the wine regions there and has visited countless wineries. His favourite wines are the powerful Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch or the structured Pinotage.
Matthew has been working with wine at all levels for 15 years and has tasted several thousand wines in his professional career as a sommelier. In 2021 he became the best sommelier in the Czech Republic. He loves mineral Chenin Blanc and juicy Grenache.
